Asral NGO was started to support families and children in Mongolia. The main aim is to keep families together and prevent children ending up on the streets.

 

To achieve this, Asral NGO works continually to create sustainable futures for all by:

  • training people in skills and providing self-sustaining work for women
  • supporting children in their education
  • direct assistance and outreach in the areas of health, food security, housing & heating, and clothing

Since 2001, Asral NGO works in some of the poorest areas of Mongolia: in the ger district of Ulaanbaatar the capital city, in Gachuurt 20km from Ulaanbaatar, in Ondershil a remote settlement in the Gobi region and in Shankh in central Mongolia.
